1. If I have a need for clarification on a spec or a drawing for a piece part and have not yet fabricated the part what do I do?

ANSWER:
Notify your Purchasing Contact with documentation identification and details.

If prearranged, the Supplier's representative may contact DRS Engineering or Quality Departments directly, but only for clarification.  This is to be followed by a written summary transmitted to DRS' Purchasing Contact.

2. What if I have already fabricated the part or are in the middle of a fabrication cycle?

ANSWER:
Download the Supplier Request for Deviation or Waiver Form, fill in the blocks 1 thru 13 except 9 and send to your Purchasing Contact. The subsequent Engineering and Quality resolution and instructions will be returned.

3. If the above does not answer the questions what do I do.

ANSWER:
Notify your Purchasing Contact that normally deals with you and request assistance.
